6 cups sunflower oil, for frying

Four 8-inch length Baguette
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Jalapeno Mayo
Shredded lettuce, for serving
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
8 to 12 strips bacon, cooked until crisp
